Basic 4

Alright so it says ERROR: htpasswd.php file not found in basic4/ hmm so what could this mean well it means that htpasswd.php is not in the directory basic4/ so it must be in another one. So lets look at the adress http://www.hellboundhackers.org/challenges/basic4/index.php alright so first put htpasswd.php instead of index.php and if htpasswd.php is not in basic4/ then change basic4/'s number 4 to another number keep trying untill a white screen apears revealing the password. Now go back and input the password and there is 20 points for you to keep.

Basic 3

So for this one we are working with user agents. So you need a few things first you by know should have Mozzilla Firefox if you dont get it its the best browser out there. Ok once you have Mozzilla Firefox learn about addons they are basically software that can add new features or tiny tweaks to Firefox. So get the User Agent Switcher witch is now look User agents up once you think you have enough knowledge then Try to switch the user Agent. Bam completed the challenge.

Basic 2

In this one you are to find where the IFRAME is reading from so use what you learned from the last challenge and view the source. So you are looking for where the IFRAME is reading from so what is that called uh the source aka in html "src" find the src it should be somthing like a part of a website adress. so stick it on to the end of the adress and Boom shacka dae you got 10 points!

Basic 1

For the First one it should be it should be extereamly easy but if you dont know what to do it can be hard so have you ever heard of source code. Source code is the code that makes the website what it is so find a way to view the source code. When you are viewing it what are you looking for. A password so a helpful tool to use is ctrl->F witch is to find somthing on the page. So now your at the password field read the code untill you see somthing that is very interesting. The clue they give should be easy to find out unless your a complete retard. so type it in and shabam 5 points added.
